- injection mould development – from design through machining up to moulding
We hold adequate stock of tools required for fabrication of injection moulds.
Our company manufactures new injection moulds from scratch (from an idea to a finished moulded piece) and handles regeneration and modification of used injection moulds. Subject to individual Customer orders, we can also provide services in the area of standard or electrical discharge machining. The projects we undertake and manage in our tool shop may involve: CNC milling, lathing, deep hollowing, surface grinding, wire electrical discharge machining, metalworking and polishing, cylindrical grinding, standard milling.

- vacuum metallizing
Our metallization offer is intended predominantly for the automotive industry and electrical engineering applications, as well as for the household appliances and toy industries. Metallizing is also used in the process of manufacturing fashion accessories, cosmetic packaging and furniture items. Using vacuum metallizing technology, we can coat items made of plastic, metal or glass. We also provide services in the scope of renovation and regeneration of metallized objects. Owing to the effective cooperation of our production departments (Plastics Processing Department, Tooling Department, Assembly Department) we can offer comprehensive service – from design through fabrication and metallization, up to the final product.

- electric wire bundling and termination
We provide services in the scope of preparation of electric wire bundles (in accordance with specific Customer requirements) – including, among other processes, automatic wire crimping, separating wires of different sections, etc.

In our state-of-the-art, certified optical laboratory, we carry out all light related measurements necessary to obtain the required certification of approval (light intensity within the geometric field set forth in the ECE regulations, light hue, etc.). Our laboratory is fully equipped with:
- goniometric station (for measurements of luminous intensity of lamps),
- colorimeter (for measurements of light hue),
- reflector testing facility (for measurements of CIL reflection coefficient),
- license plate lamp testing facility (for measurements of luminance on the surface of license plates),
- integrating sphere for light bulb calibration (for measurements of the luminous flux of light bulbs).
